We have the perfect package for each artwork . In order to protect your interests, please check the package when you receive it , if you find the paintings or other artwork you ordered from us damaged, or you find there are some questions with the item,please contact with us asap.
If you ask for a refund or replacement, please contact us during the effective period of times, and you need to return the item back. then our customer service staff will provide you free for refund or replacement.
If it is the following occurs, we may refuse your requirements tfor return or replacement :
1, the item is damaged when it returned back.
2, we have not received the item you returened back .
3, the item is not provided by goldappleart.com
4, The custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for.
